Speedy delivery and excellent service!

Supportive, hardworking, and reasonably priced...I'd gladly do it again.

My experience with Techsil was outstanding. I first called and chatted with a gal on the phone, who was super straightforward and let me know I’d score a better deal and, more importantly, free shipping by ordering online. She also mentioned that the item I needed would take at least 2 days, but it would arrive right when I needed it, and it did. After I placed my order online, I got daily emails updating me on my order status and the option to track it if I wanted. Then, I received a follow-up email once my delivery was confirmed. Overall, fantastic customer service and a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I was let down by the lack of product knowledge, which made me think you had what I needed, but I ended up waiting more than six days. The pricing isn't really competitive enough for me to see a profit. On the bright side, the delivery arrived right on schedule as promised, so I gotta give you credit for that.

Let me kick things off with the one downside; the shipping fee was kinda steep... Other than that, the service was top-notch, my package showed up right on time, and I was updated about any hiccups along the way. It's a really good product. Just hoping they could offer some cheaper shipping choices for smaller purchases like mine.

I had given a shot to a couple of Smooth-On Platinum items for crafting a tricky 3 part mold, but they just didn’t cut it. While browsing online yet again, I stumbled upon this gem! I placed my order over the phone, and it was such a refreshing change to chat with someone who actually wanted to engage! The whole ordering and advice process was super friendly and spot on. Plus, the product arrived right on schedule. Sure, it costs more than Smooth-On, but it’s way better—like ten times better. You really do get what you pay for!

After giving a shot to various glue guns and feeling let down (I guess I use them pretty frequently), I decided to invest a little more in the tec 305. So far, it’s showing all the right signs of being a reliable performer.
